[2.] No posting of any pron/porn/hentai/sites having to do with any of the afore mentioned. We don't need to be seeing that sort of thing on this site.
[3.] Keep things at a PG-13 level. No explicit posts with regards to blood, gore, or anything sexual.

[4.] Please color-highlight your character's speech. It helps differentiate between what they're saying and what they're not saying. Yes, use quotes too... Then again, if you're not one for colors, that's OK. Just feel free to bold it or something, just make it stand out.
[5.] Post in third-person in the past-tense. You're not your character. (Sorry, but you're not.) You can still tell things from their point of view without saying 'I'. And as for posting in the past-tense, well, people posting in the present-tense is just a pet peeve of mine. ^^;
[6.] Use good grammar! Granted I know we all slip up grammar-wise upon occasion, but it is very nice to know what someone else is saying!
[7.] Good punctuation falls under good grammar... So does good spelling... (I understand typos, no worries. I also understand mis-spelling things just for fun. But keep that to a minimum in the RP.)
[8.] No relationships between cannon characters that are not cannon, in the role play! I know people like to ship Allen/Lenallee, but despite any small hints given in the anime or the manga, it is not considered cannon!
[9.] Relationships between OCs are okay, so long as they're kept PG-13.
[10.] No god-modding or power-play! I mean, the generals do have god-like strength, but the key to playing them has to do with playing fair. (Unless you're Cross in the matters of women, but that's beside the point...) There's a reason why I took Allen instead of Kanda or Lavi.
[11.] Please try out for a cannon first unless very few to no cannons are left. (If this isn't done, then we have all OCs and no cannons.) I know everyone loves Allen, Kanda, and Lavi, but what about Rhode? How about Jasdevi? Bookman? The evil and minor characters need to be taken too! Can't have only good guys running around. Where's the fun in that? (Personally, I like Bookman. |D He would be an amusing character to play.)
[12.] If you have an OC you're dying to play, post it and I'll have a look at it.
[13.] Four characters max, including OCs! Only one major protagonist per person. (In other words, now that I have Allen, I can't RP Kanda.) Only one major antagonist per person. (If I were to pick up Jasdebi, I couldn't play Tyki as well.) Try not to have a major protagonist and a major antagonist. If you do, it's not awful, but try not to. However, as far as minors are concerned.. Well, that's still being sorted out.
[14.] Piggy-backing off of #13, you can get a second character once you've hit 100 posts (that may be lower until more people join), a third when you've hit 250 posts, and a fourth at 500 unless given permission to do otherwise.
[15.] Don't excessively post-prompt. (Meaning, don't bother people about posting.) It's rude. Letting them know if you've posted is fine, but don't over-do it.
[16.] When exiting a thread, post Exit Thread at the end of the post. When a thread has ended, post End Thread at the end of the post, and let a staffer know that you've finished so they can lock it.
[17.] Follow the character template nigh exactly. It makes things easier for me to read. (If you want to play around with it somewhat, that's fine. But keep the basic template the same.)
[18.] Please change your name to your character's full name when you've been accepted. If you want to have an out of character name visible, then just put it in personal text or in quotes or something. For instance, in Lavi's case, she would put for her name something like this: Lavi "Yuri".
[19.] Do not kill off another person's character without their expressed permission!
[20.] Please create seperate accounts per character! It helps keep track of who's who and which characters are taken.
[21.] For the average OC, the beginning sync rates will be 20-35% for equipment and 30-40% for parasitics.
[21.] Absolutely no double-wielding! Cross was special in that he had his gun and Maria. Having 50 Crosses running around wouldn't be fun. At all.
[22.] No-one will be able to reach Critical Breaker unless both Lavi and I agree totally, with no drawbacks that you are allowed to! VERY FEW have ever reached the general level! Don't even ask if you can be at Critical Breaker. We will tell you!
[23.] Similar standards will apply for anyone seeking to have a crystal-type Innocence. However, because this is crystal-type and not Critical Breaker, the standards are a mite les high. (Nevertheless, don't ask here either. We will tell you.)
[24.] There will be certain cut-offs for certain character types. (And Innocence types, etc.) We need, as was stated earlier, civillians and finders as well as exorcists! (There will be a place where one can see where the OC cut-offs are.)
[25.] No.cursed.OC.exorcists. None, what-so-ever! The profile will be automatically stamped with a big, fat, honking DENY stamp if this is seen!
[26.] There can be cursed finders (maybe one) and cursed civillians, though. However! The profiles must be extremely unique (meaning Lavi and I will look over it...), and no cursed eyes are allowed! (There are other senses, people.) On top of this, the curses must be curses. They cannot be 'let's-making-finding-akuma-easier-because-it's-painless' sorts of curses. Not even Allen's is like that.
[27.] Not all cursed people need to have white hair. Shock does more to a person than cause their hair to turn white. (This psychological issues, physical issues... Shock does bad things to the heart.)
[28.] Talk to Allen about NPCs for various characters. (For example - Timcanpy is an NPC for Allen.)
[29.] Do not plagiarize from Wikipedia or any other sites if you're applying for a cannon! It's a bad habit to get into and can get you into some serious trouble. You can use those varying sources as a fallback if you need to. The real password is "Crowned Clown". Don't put "Bak" anywhere in your template. I just want to see how far people read, if they read at all...
[30.] There is no limit for how many threads you're in! Just, please, try to keep track of them at the least.

[God-modding - ] This is basically having an all-powerful character. Your character never gets hit, is never injured, always does everything no normal human can do. Don't do this!!! I understand not wanting to get hit, truly, I do. But you -must- take some damage! It doesn't have to be on the first post, or even the second or third, but you must play fair! I've been in a god-mod RP situation before, and I had to go to the staff to get it to stop. It's not fun for the other person. (Now, if you're goofing around in the CBox, god-modding can be okay and somewhat funny.)
[Power-Playing - ] To put it plainly, power-playing is taking control of another person's character/s. Don't do this. It's annoying. Yes, it goes for any NPCs the other person is controlling, as well.

[A.] Higher sync rates will be given to better profiles. The admins will decide on this, don't complain if you're given a lower sync, please. =3

[C.] If your profile is excellent from the beginning to the end, meaning you show originality, quality, quantity of quality, it's clear you've put effort into your profile, and you've explained things well, and you've shown that you've RPed and RPed well in the past, the chances of being given an even higher sync rate (35-50% for equipment, 40-45% for parasitic) increases by a lot.
