Raikaken - A Ginga based RP
[/center]There is a legend, a legend among dogs. A legend telling of pets and strays doing amazing things, saving humans and other dogs, becoming heroes. A long time ago, far away in Japan, an Akita Inu named Gin gathered dogs from all over the country. Inspired by his sense of justice and generosity many dogs join his pack. The pack goes on to fight the vicious bears trying to take over their homeland, and in the final battle Gin decapitates the great bear Akakabuto, with the famous Zetsu tenrou battouga attack, thus saving Japan. When his father dies in the battle, Gin becomes the leader of this pack.
As years pass, it is Gin's son Weed who leads the Soldiers of Ohu. With the help of Jerome and other soldier dogs, they defeat the evil monster Kaibutsu, but peace does not last long. Soon a cruel Great Dane named Hougen forms a great pack to destroy the Ohu Soldiers and claim Futugo Pass as his own. With the help of the Ohu pack, Weed finally defeats Hougen in battle, and their home is safe once more.
Now, so many years later, these stories have been passed down and traveled all over the world, the United States being of no exception. In the cities and wilderness, many dogs desire to live up to these legends. It is here where your journey begins, as a dog, stray and pets seeking higher purpose and grand adventures. Will you be among the heroes of old, will you form your own pack and fight the evil taking over your homes? Or will you be among these evils, taking over territories for yourself? What new legends unfold, is entirely up to you.

Setting: Modern day United States.
Allowed Characters: Dogs, humans, wild animal, tame animals. Any realistic, existing animal is allowed! Experimental creatures 'hellhounds', any eye and coat color, but no extra appendages, and no magic. No canon.
Registry: Character applications are required, we have a format. Powerful characters must be 'bought' using post count. Despite this we are relaxed with applications. Infinite number of characters allowed. No breeds ever restricted!
Activity: Just getting started, but we already have several RPs and plots running.
Current Plots: *The Beauceron, Stark, is starting a pack. Located in the Wilderness Sanctuary, near Opal Springs, he resides near a patch of flowers. Any dog looking to live justly or seeking safety in the protection of another are encouraged to seek him out.
*Fort Acworth and its nearby airport are being overrun by coyotes! Lead by the cunning coydog, Abaddon, the pack are not only killing humans but anything else they find as well. This includes other dogs.
*Member run plots are [open].
Knowledge of the Ginga series is -not- required, you may also treat this as simply a stray dog / animal RP.
