In the Japanese version, Allen's voiced by Sanae Kobayashi. ^^ So, yeah, he's voiced by a girl. I double-checked on Wiki (not the most reliable source, but it works in this case), but I'm fairly certain that the name "Sanae" is female in any case. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanae_Kobayashi

Alrighty. =3 Though in the English version (which I like, despite what most people will say...) he's definitely voiced by a guy. ^^;

^^; Like Lavi said on YouTube: when compared to the Japanese version, it sucks (meaning it doesn't sound even close to the awesome job that Sanae Kobayashi did; and Kanda's voice is too deep {though I've grown used to it after a while... Myugen ;; }). On its own, it's really very good.
